I can’t wait to bless your crown and keep your hair looking and feeling its best. ✨️ Booking Policies (Please Read Before Booking) ✨️ Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service price is required to secure your appointment. Deposits must be sent via Zelle (preferred), PayPal, Cash App, or Chime. No cash accepted for deposits. ✨️ Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due in cash only at the time of service. No credit/debit cards accepted. ✨️ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 55% cancellation fee of the total service price. No-call/no-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be blocked from future bookings. ✨️ Grace Period: You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show. ✨️ Fix Policy: If you experience any issues with your hair, you have 1 day (24 hours) from the time of your appointment to notify me and receive a complimentary fix, if needed. After that, fixes will be charged. ✨️ Guests: No extra guests allowed. Please come alone to your appointment to maintain a calm, professional space. ✨️ New Clients: All new clients are required to text photos of their natural hair (fully out of protective styles) to 240-572-3526 before I can confirm your booking. ✨️ Booking Availability: I am currently booking 2 months at a time. Plan ahead to secure your preferred date. Please respect my time as I respect yours—these policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for both of us.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect my time and other clients: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 55% of the scheduled service. The fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking any future services. After 1 no-shows, future bookings may be declined. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
